At the Victorian Treaty Authority, we recently completed a comprehensive usability testing project focused on enhancing their digital presence. This project involved a detailed evaluation of the user experience across their website and online platforms, with the goal of ensuring accessibility, intuitiveness, and user satisfaction. Through a combination of user interviews, task analysis, and heuristic evaluation, we identified key areas for improvement and provided actionable recommendations to optimize the site’s functionality. The outcome of this project has enabled the Victorian Treaty Authority to better engage with their stakeholders, ensuring that their digital tools effectively support the treaty process in Victoria.
Indigenous Research Strategy for Swinburne University, a project aimed at integrating Indigenous knowledge and perspectives into the university's research agenda. This strategy was designed to foster a more inclusive and culturally sensitive research environment, aligning with Swinburne’s commitment to Indigenous engagement and reconciliation. By collaborating with Indigenous scholars, community leaders, and university stakeholders, we developed a framework that promotes ethical research practices and encourages partnerships with Indigenous communities. The strategy not only enhances the university's research capacity but also strengthens its role in supporting Indigenous-led research initiatives.
I have completed reviews of the curriculum for DVE Solutions, meticulously aligning it with the standards set by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA). This reviews aimed to ensure that the curriculum meets the rigorous requirements for quality and effectiveness in higher education.
The review process involved a detailed analysis of the curriculum’s alignment with TEQSA’s criteria, including learning outcomes, assessment practices, and overall educational objectives. I evaluated how well the curriculum supports student learning and achievement while meeting TEQSA’s expectations for academic quality and integrity.
